Class action lawsuit for potentially misleading HP ratings on lawnmowers

According to this website, a class action lawsuit has been filed against several lawnmower manufacturers regarding purportedly misleading horsepower labels on their engines. Models included contain an engine with up to 30 horsepower, bought between January 1, 1994 and April 12, 2010. Those who qualify may be eligible to receive a cash settlement or extended warranty from these companies. Claim forms can be found via this link up to June 4.
