One of the reasons cited for the relatively rapid uptake in Android phones is the sheer tidal wave of different models and form factors. Apple has sometimes been accused of being Model-T-ish, with devices being available in (until now) one form factor annually and white and black, but on Tuesday they seemed to go a step further.
