A tropical depression churning near the southeastern Caribbean Sea has been upgraded from a depression to a tropical storm. The storm, named Colin, has sustained winds topping 40 miles an hour and is currently about 945 miles east of the Lesser Antilles islands moving west-northwest at 23 mph. – (AHN)
