Rumored ads should be looked at with great skepticism: they’re often incomplete and sometimes completely inaccurate (OfficeMax’s leaked ad in 2009? 100% wrong!). They could even be fakes. Without question, they fall outside of the range of our Editorial Guarantee. However, like a tech rumor from Gizmodo or a Hollywood rumor from TMZ, they’re extremely popular and exciting to read.
