We’re proud to announce dealnews Black Friday 2010, dealnews’ official Black Friday ads microsite. Again this year, we’ll tell you all about rumored (i.e., “leaked”) Black Friday ads, to be followed up with confirmed (i.e., “legit”) Black Friday ads when they’re released closer to Thanksgiving.

Rumored ads should be looked at with great skepticism: they’re often incomplete and sometimes completely inaccurate (OfficeMax’s leaked ad in 2009? 100% wrong!). They could even be fakes. Without question, they fall outside of the range of our Editorial Guarantee. However, like a tech rumor from Gizmodo or a Hollywood rumor from TMZ, they’re extremely popular and exciting to read. Plus, they can be very useful in planning your holiday purchases, which matters more than ever in this economy.
