Wired was the first major magazine to come to the iPad with a bang. With awesome digital additions to the print copy and the ability to take it with your iPad, this was perfect for a lot of people (so long as they wanted to cancel their paper subscription and pay a little more). Well, Popular Science, another awesome magazine, also has a fascinating app, in case you were wondering.
What is it?
It’s basically the paper version of Popular Science made digital. Each issue costs $2.99, and there isn’t yet a way to transfer any existing subscriptions. However, you can simply swipe through the pages and tap to see additional photos and images throughout, all on the beautiful screen that is your iPad.
