(AHN) – The U.S. Internal Revenue Service announced Thursday that certain taxpayers would have to delay their 2011 tax filing of their 2010 returns to middle or late February. The delay is because of computer reprogramming that the IRS will initiate through the holidays following changes in tax laws.
