HTC is the latest manufacturer to announce new smartphones at Mobile World Congress, with a launch of a trio of phones: the Incredible S, Desire S, and Wildfire S on Feb. 15, 2011. All the devices will launch in Europe and Asia in Q2 2011, but no mention in the press release (below) of a U.S. launch date.
