Brooke Beiting, spokeswoman for the Cincinnati-based Convergys, said the contact centre’s 130 employees were informed Tuesday that the site will be closing Dec. 31. Beiting said the decision to close the office was made with its clients and coincides with the expiration of the company’s lease on Highfield Park Drive.
