Trial began Monday of a Kentucky man who claims he was high on caffeine when he killed his wife. Woody Will Smith says he worried his wife was going to leave him in the middle of the night so he embarked on a binge of diet pills and drinking large amounts of caffeine to stay awake. – (AHN)
