Newly formed and recently strengthened Tropical Storm Matthew is spinning towards Central America. The 13th named storm of the 2010 Atlantic hurricane season is quickly moving and at midday was 80 miles east-southeast of Cabo Gracias A Dios near the Nicaraguan/Honduran border. – (AHN)
