(AHN) Student Punished For Wearing Rosary Wins Damages From School District

A federal district court judge has approved a settlement agreement in which a New York school district will pay $25,000 in damages to a student it punished in May for wearing a rosary to school, according to the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ). – (AHN)
