A Twitter campaign using the hashtag #IAmSpartacus, a reference to the film Spartacus, in which fellow gladiators prevent Romans from capturing Spartacus by all claiming to be him, uttering the phrase, “I am Spartacus,” has gone viral. The campaign is in support of Paul Chambers, who was recently convicted after an ill-advised Tweet which threatened mayhem at an airport.
