Wireless carriers envision a future sans net neutrality

The concept of net neutrality confuses many, but a presentation by a pair of companies to wireless carriers this week should be enlightening. The new product, showed off by Allot Communications and Openet in a web seminar for wireless carriers Tuesday would give wireless carriers the ability to charge users extra to use various services like Skype, YouTube or (gasp) Facebook.
