As rumored, Apple has just released Apple iOS 4.3 beta 3 [build 8F5166b] for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, and Apple TV to developers. No word yet on what, if any, differences it might contain from previous betas (see our iOS 4.3 beta walkthrough) but if you notice any drop us an email or add them to the comments below.
