NVIDIA’s quad-core Kal-El SOC coming in August with 5x the Tegra 2 power

DC Comics may not be too happy with NVIDIA’s choice of codename for its new Tegra chip, but it’s only a codename after all. Made official on Tuesday, Feb. 15, the quad-core Kal-El system-on-a-chip (SOC) will provide about five times the processing power of the current Tegra 2, according to NVIDIA.
